Hands-On Learning Meets Structured Support
At Omexom, you will get involved in real projects and benefit from experience most graduates won’t get until years into their career. You are never pushed too far too fast, but you will contribute to day-to-day work, ask questions, and learn by doing. Your input is welcomed, and you are encouraged to get involved in areas that interest you.
This is practical experience in a working environment, supported by people who want you to succeed.
We understand that starting a placement can feel uncertain, especially if Omexom or the energy sector is new to you. Our placements are structured and supported from the start. Each student is assigned a mentor who helps them settle in, understand how things work and feel part of the team.
If relocation is needed, guidance is provided to help you settle, including advice on accommodation and local areas.
