Ex-forces Community

Over three decades, I worked my way up through the ranks to become a Regimental Sergeant Major - one of the highest-ranking Non-Commissioned Officers in the British Army. I upheld the highest standards. My role was to set the highest standards, uphold discipline, and ensure the welfare of the soldiers under my watch.
After leaving the army, I joined Omexom where I now serve as a QHSQ Advisor. The parallels are clear. Just as I once set the standards for soldiers, I now set the highest standards for safety, quality, health, and environmental practices across critical energy infrastructure projects. The structure, discipline, teamwork, rigor, financial, and legal aspects of health and safety are supported at all levels.
